PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Discovery
Through a series of conference calls, demonstrations and on-site meetings, FDS will showcase its product and service line to key members of your organization. During this process, we will learn details about how you do business and determine what customizations are needed for CAESAR to meet your processing requirements and business objectives.

Integration
Once you have made the decision to implement CAESAR, the FDS Integration Team will work with you to map data fields from your current system to CAESAR, identify any missing data elements, and populate your CAESAR database with core data elements, such as compliance codes, user permissions and commission payout rates. Training requirements vary depending upon which Add-On modules you will be using, the amount of customizations made to your version of CAESAR, and how many employees need to be trained.

Business Support
Once you are live on the CAESAR system, you will have access to the FDS Help Desk, which can immediately answer questions about the CAESAR system and identify and resolve data problems. In addition, your Client Contact will work with you to manage any on-going support needs to assure your system continues to operate smoothly and efficiently.

CUSTOMIZATION
One of CAESAR's many strengths is its ability to be customized to meet the exact needs of a Broker/Dealer. Some clients have implemented CAESAR with minimal programming effort, while others have required large amounts of customization to the baseline system to meet specialized processing requirements.

Should you require a customization to the CAESAR application, you Client Contact will work with you to create a Business Requirements document that details your requested change. This task is routed through a detailed task flow system, which includes the creation of technical specifications, programming and detailed testing.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Not only does FDS create the most powerful processing database available to the financial services industry, our professional and knowledgeable IT staff can manage and maintain all of your hardware, software, and on-going maintenance needs. Utilizing FDS as your Application Service Provider enables you to use the comprehensive CAESAR Enterprise solution without needing to deal with installing and maintaining the hardware, software and communications infrastructure needed to maintain it, which have grown increasingly complex and expensive to manage and operate.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY SERVICES 
While FDS has developed the infrastructure and internal disaster recovery plans to support your CAESAR environment, we cannot control catastrophic events such as floods, fires, or earthquakes; however, we can plan for them. To reduce the impact of a possible catastrophic failure, FDS offers Business Continuity Services to our clients. This service allows our clients to comply with business continuity regulations in an economical and efficient manner and assures you continued access to mission critical data.
