FORM LIBRARY
Using Field CAESAR, representatives access a repository of thousands of up-to-date forms, indicate which ones they want to electronically fill, and with a click of the mouse, merge account information from Field CAESAR onto the selected forms. Forms can then be printed for signature, scanned and electronically sent to the OSJ or Back Office for approval. Forms can also be signed electronically and automatically routed into the imaging system, making the forms generation process truly paperless.

DIGITAL ARCHIVING
Electronic documents must be able to be retrieved on demand per SEC Rule 17a-4 requirements. CAESAR Imaging provides you with the ability to meet this compliance ruling, as well as save time and money associated with the high cost of offsite paper storage, document retrieval and routing forms between offices.

 
 

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
The CAESAR Imaging System uses bar code cover sheets generated by Field CAESAR to indicate which forms are contained in a particular packet of documents being scanned into the system. CAESAR Imaging automatically maps each document to a specific index template and populates index fields.

Once forms have been indexed, they are routed through the specific appropriateworkflow based upon rules defined by your Broker/Dealer.
