Eddie Hillard, President/CEO

Mr. Hillard is the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hillard has served in this capacity for 18 years. Mr. Hillard has managed the growth of the firm from 6 employees to 37 while establishing the firm's reputation for superior customer service, innovative product and service offerings. Under Mr. Hillard's leadership, the company's CAESAR product has helped an expanding number of broker/dealers operate in an ever-changing industry.  On behalf of its clients, CAESAR has processed over $338 billion in investment products. 

As CEO, Mr. Hillard is resolutely committed to creating a corporate environment that encourages both personal and professional development of employees, a commitment that fosters the FDS corporate vision of providing superior customer service and product management guided by an unmatched integrity.

Prior to joining FDS, Mr. Hillard developed his expertise in the financial services industry first as partner at a fee-only financial planning firm, and later as a faculty member at San Diego State University, where he taught graduate level investment courses and served on the faculty of the College of Financial Planning. His research work, titled Professionalism and Ethics in the Financial Services Industry, has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal and cited during a Securities & Exchange Commission hearing.

Mr. Hillard received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Utah and a Masters degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University and was awarded the CFP designation in 1984.




















Craig Eckel, Programming Manager

Mr. Eckel serves as Programming Manager for FDS and has been with the company for 6 years. He brings more than 18 years of experience in various areas of application design and maintenance. Mr. Eckel oversees a team of 11 programmers dedicated to developing the CAESAR Enterprise Solution. He is an advocate of continuing programmer education to benefit both his staff and the quality of FDS' product line through new technologies and coding standards. In addition, Mr. Eckel has served as senior engineer on multiple development projects and has extensive experience in the accounting principles used to develop relational databases and Web applications. His professional accomplishments include the development of complex terminal and Web-based applications that serve the medical and independent broker communities.

Mr. Eckel holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.





















Jenni Holloway, Sales and Marketing Manager

Ms. Holloway manages the company's sales and marketing efforts. Ms. Holloway has served in this capacity for 5 years and has been with FDS for 15 years. Working with prospects, Ms. Holloway educates prospective clients about the CAESAR Enterprise Solution, performs extensive needs analysis to determine what customizations are needed, defines pricing and contracts, and supports the integration team in delivering CAESAR solutions to new clients. In addition to managing sales initiatives, she oversees a wide range of marketing activities, from the creation of marketing materials to the attendance at various industry trade shows and conventions. Ms. Holloway also leads the product development efforts at FDS. She also manages the Product Funnel, FDS's process for moving new products forward.

Ms. Holloway holds a BA in Business from the University of Phoenix, with a concentration in Marketing.




















Robert Melban, Operations Support Manager

Robert Melban

Mr. Melban serves as the operations and support manager for FDS. Mr. Melban has been employed with FDS for almost 2 years. In his role as Operations Support Manager, Mr. Melban oversees a team of four customer support personnel. Mr. Melban brings over 30 years of operations and customer service experience in the financial services industry.

Mr. Melban has completed extensive training in Lean Manufacturing and earned his Green Belt Certificate in Six Sigma.






















Walter Werner, I.T. Manager

Mr. Warner serves as the IT Manager for FDS. Mr. Warner has served in this capacity for 18 years. With over 25 years of technology experience, Mr. Werner's expertise ensures that FDS operations are smooth and efficient. He is committed to ensuring the same level of smooth operations to clients, which drive his efforts to provide superb customer service and high satisfaction. Mr. Werner fosters the company's commitment to explore and develop new technologies that help Broker/Dealers operate more effectively. He also supports the FDS management team in creating development strategies that will enable the company to improve upon existing products and expand into new markets.

Mr. Werner holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Redlands. He also holds various IBM certifications in Technical Support and Sales.
